The food was ok. It took a very long time. The phone rang the entire time I was there, it was extremely unpleasant. No one would pick it up, EVER! There wasn't a price posted for any of the items on the menu board, so I wasn't sure of the costs until tallied. The prices should be posted so you don't have to ask about each and every thing as you order, which I didn't. I know now why the prices aren't posted; the total cost came out to be just shy of $60 for 2 medium pizza's (1 deluxe and 1 thin w/sausage), a chicken alfredo pasta side, and a apple/cinnamon dessert. The day before, I was trying to order on line and I was told that delivery was not possible from this store at all. However, the next day when I drove into town to shop for supplies, I decided to stop in to bring a pizza dinner home with me. I asked why they don't deliver. I was told by the employees that you have to call in to order, and that they do deliver, that their website online doesn't work. If I had not of come into town, and into the pizza shop, I would never had known that I should call and that they would deliver. However, I personally sat in that store for close to an hour and saw that they do NOT answer the phone, so how could I order and get delivery anyway? They must loose at lot of sales/money because that website online says they don't deliver. I didn't bother to call, why would I? I already had been told they don't deliver. A Pizza dinner shouldn't be so time consuming, confusing, exhausting and costing. Not a happy camper, won't be looking to do this again...
Read moreTerrible pizza and delivery. I watched as the delivery driver sat a couple miles away for 12 minutes. So we didn't receive our pizza for 35 minutes after he left the store. The pizza arrived cold. We opened the box to find a cold pizza, it hardly had any sauce, there were actually several places on the pizza that had no sauce or toppings. I called them and told them the situation and they pushed to give me a credit for my next pizza. I wanted a refund so the next day, Saturday I returned the pizza to the store. I was told the GM was the only person who could refund my card. The person helping me took down my info and assured me the GM would help me on Monday. I returned to the store and the GM had no idea what I was talking about. I showed her the debit to my account. After she finally agreed to refund my card, she went to the back of the store and returned stating everything had been refunded. The next day I find out not only had she not refunded my money, she actually changed me again. I guess she didn't know how to do a refund. Anyhow I emailed Dominos customer service and still had heard back. I had to have my bank refund my money. This place is a disaster. Thank you for nothing...
Read moreThe Delivery Driver delivered to the wrong house. I called the store right away, the person on the phone argued with me saying his driver even met me at my door.
It Can’t happen. He can’t get through my gate, and my horse was at it, and so were we, hanging out in our garage waiting.
After arguing, and proving his driver was wrong and didn’t verify the address, he told me he couldn’t expedite the order because there was about an hour and a half of orders in. He still acted like I was lying by his tone in my opinion.
Are you kidding me? Even after delivering the order to the wrong address they couldn’t do right by it and push the order ahead to fix the problem.
I had to ask him to look at google earth and see my house, the color and the car in front of it with our horse. He still didn’t seem like he believed me.
He didn’t want to make anything work to fix the situation because they were busy. So I had to have a dinner party ruined by terrible customer service and a driver who can’t read a four number address...
