This place is new to pahrump. As with any Mexican restaurant, recipes are regional and personal at the same time. This wonderful restaurant has the recipes the beg the word "authentic" to come out. There is a big difference between employees following a recipe vs family fixing you a plate of delicious well prepared plate. The hot sauce was secret recipe stuff and worth asking for! Unique and amazing. The crab enchiladas has real crab along with some amazing enchilada sauce! I swear they must have used a mocahete to hand grind the spices!! The Carne Asada plate was perfect size for a big appetite. The pico de gallo was fresh and the guacamole is top notch too! Worth a stop in to try anything on the menu and they easily earned the hashtag #nofeardining.

Visited here for the first time after the reopening (still confused about what happened after the China restaurant closed and a very expensive "Latin" place opened which was doomed from the beginning due to pricing). Anyway we just had appetizers here to keep our costs down and they were very good bordering on excellent. Guacamole and the Nachos with chicken were well prepared and plentiful (and needed a to go box). Colorful chips and medium salsa were tasty and were replenished as needed. Staff was friendly and seem to want to please. Since we didn't do a whole meal it's hard to judge on a scale of 1-10, but we'd go back based on our first experience.

I had the , Chicken mole enchiladas and man I've not had mole this good since my friends grandma from Sinaloa made it. Its always been a favorite of mine, but nothing has even come close the the flavor for a decade of trying mole at restaurants until now. Great mole probably one of the best in my humble opinion . I am a Vegas local but seriously would make the drive back on a weekend just for this.

I asked for a mocktail that means a virgin margarita I had the mango with salt I asked her to make it with not as much syrup or sugar and she did and it was divine the carne asada of the broiled chicken was out of this world I had a couple of rolled tortillas with the rice and beans and pico de gallo it was fresh it was out of this world i've never had chicken that good and i'm a chef i'm a great cook i've had restaurants in LA, this was the best chicken I probably ever tasted and i'm not even that easy to please and i'm telling you I will be back i'm leaving full i'm leaving satisfied i'm leaving happy i'm like jolly i'm ridiculously full and I actually ordered another chicken asada grill chicken to go cuz i'm going to eat it when I get home.
