I have no choice to put one star if I could i would put a 0 I've been here several times Never have I had service like this before the girl that's at the cash register her name is Sabrina she wears glasses heavy set with black hair her hair looked a mess and dirty she had a bad attitude nasty attitude I was at the counter tryn to order and she told my husband can you get out of the way so I could take this person's order I said excuse me you could say excuse me she said don't tell me how to do my job .so wow you have a very nasty attitude and I asked her name she didn't want to give it up got it anyways and I told her I was gonna post this on Google review to show how nasty she is I can't believe that the manager let her come to work looking like a dirty pig her hair was hanging in her face I didn't even want to order my dozen of donuts they didn't even have enough to order a dozen of doughnuts she said nothing would be made until tomorrow and she just had a disgusting attitude she threw the change on the counter. Just displeased with her I believe when you come to work you should be clean your hair pulled back not hanging in your face and all over a customer's potential food and don't have a disgusting attitude and make sure you wash your hands after you itch your hair nasty I'm very shocked I've been here several times to get donuts after the movies even when I come in here to gamble I've never had service like that before I am appalled . please somebody needs to teacher her some communication skills she shouldn't be working with people she don't know how to act are ...

Hey Everyone, this is worth talking about. Unfortunately, I am usually at the casino between the hours of 3am and 7am, Thats the time my data says I win the most. At the same time, I usually take advantage of whatever breakfast special is being featured. Lately, I have been going to Dunk in Donuts inside Sams Town. The 1st day I noticed they were packed at 6:00 am. I came back 10 minutes later and the line was gone. I ordered, received my donuts with coffee, and went around the corner to my favorite machine, you know the one you can't ever remember winning on, the one you swear is getting ready to hit, any quarter now. That one. I notice the Dunk in Donuts line increase dramatically, and just as fast go down.After watching the donut line yoyo a few more times, I went to see how the line was decreasing so fast. I just ordered a coffee and food, and my sister got tea. We asked if they could add steamed milk and vanilla to the tea, and the girl who took the order said yes. The cashier never gave me a receipt or a number, so I didn't know I needed a number to take my order. When I asked if the food they put out was mine, the worker I asked was extremely rude to me for not knowing my number and told me "just know in the future, you're not allowed to order that tea" which makes zero sense because we asked if they could, they said yes, and then got upset at us for giving them an order THEY ACCEPTED. In the end, they gave us a tea with caramel in it, when we asked for vanilla. I got a $5 wrap, which the picture of was a huge wrap with lots of filling. I did not get that at all. I understand that often fast food places use pictures that are better than the food they serve, but this isn't even the same thing remotely. It is the size of my palm. It's ridiculous this was $5.
