Most poorly managed Burger King in Las Vegas and possibly in the USA. Managers are rude and take no pride in this establishment.
If you Google the hours, the web page for this location says they are open 7 AM to 12 AM, but they usually close much earlier than advertised and random close times as well. It's as if the management just makes up closing times on a whim.
Purchase an order on the app because it says they were open till 12:00 AM. When I arrived a bit after 10:00 PM, all the lights were off and the drive-thru was blocked off with cones. Looked inside and could tell the place was completely shut down and there were no employees whatsoever in the building. However, I was still charged for my meal on the app and have not received a refund. The dining room is never open so be prepared to eat in your car. I have finally learned not to go back to this location.
There is always an issue with this place as they are always out of something, the food is made wrong or just cold. If you don't ask for your nuggets to be cooked to order you will get nuggets that look like they were cooked last week and have just been sitting out under a warmer.
If you're really craving Burger King you might want to drive the extra few miles over to the one off of Las Vegas Boulevard near the outlet mall. However, in my opinion, you may be better off going to a competitor in the area such as McDonald's, Wendy's, or Carl's Jr.
Choosing a competitor will save you from the frustration of having to deal with order issues and the poor service offered by the management and staff at this specific Burger King restaurant.
Again I think this location is the most poorly managed Burger King...
Read moreOhh where to start. So I ordered a double whopper with cheese. 3 Whoppers,3 cheese burgers ,4 Fry's. Two 10 piece nuggets. A drink and a shake. I get my food and I am missing 2 Whoppers. 3 Fry's.. and my double whopper has no cheese. And 2 out of my 3 cheese burgers are double cheese burgers( not gonna complain) but when we call to say something we are told nope. It was all in there. Cuzz the women on the phone said she pulled the order her self. So we ask was there another bag? That we didn't get. Her response. It was all there. Not what we asked. We got one bag. There's no way u can get all that food in one bag. I almost drove down there and ordered again. And ask them to put it all in one back. Customer service was poor. Women on the phone pretty much told us we were lieing. I order food from this location multiple times a month. And will not be coming back. I guess my family can share 1 fry between us all. And we can share burgers as 2 whopper where missing. Being a business owner my self I would never allow my mangers to talk to my customers like that. Y'all lucky I don't own that location. I'd be changing up some employees and managers. Super disappointed in you're...
Read moreI came into today with my 1 year old daughter. In my hand I had an old bottle from the car that had old milk in it. I brought it in with me to clean it and put some water or milk in it but of course my daughter doesnât know that and she kept whining for the bottle. Obviously I couldnât give her a dirty bottle with spoiled milk it. Anyway an employee/supervisor named Promise saw my struggle and she first suggested a place where I could temporarily hide the milk bottle. When that didnât work she didnât skip a beat and grabbed a give away toy from the bin and handed it to me to give to My daughter. That simple kind gesture fixed my whole problem. And then she went above and beyond and helped me go thru the menu and made suggestions when I asked for recommendations for my daughter. This is the kind of service they donât teach anymore. This attention to detail and just looking out for fellow human beings is whatâs so important and missing in todayâs society. Great job, Burger King for recognizing a stellar human being to represent you. Promise deserves a lot more if you ask me. Anyway thanks for the...
