The most unprofessional manager(heavy set guy with stringy hair in a pony tail and a wispy beard) I think I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a $22 sandwich online and misunderstood one of the ingredients thinking it was a sauce but it was all the meat. So after it was delivered I called the store and the manager offered me a 25% discount on a new sandwich. So I told him I would drive down instead so I don’t have to buy a new one and he said he could give me the meat on the side. When I got there luckily he remade the sandwich. He told me he tried to call me but that my number was invalid. I checked my number which was on the receipt and it was accurate. Then after he gave me my sandwich I said thank you and he ignored me. I live pretty far from this location , prior to driving 20 minutes… I called to confirm I was able to purchase just bread . . The young lady in the drive thru told me unfortunately I can’t sell you a loaf of bread because we don’t have any right now ( having a car in-front of me and behind me ) I told her I had called before driving to location and she seemed very annoyed and replied with “ yeah well my worker said that without asking me first so I’m unable to sell you a loaf of bread )

I don’t understand why ? I was not asking for a free items or reduced items . I simply just wanted a loaf of bread of whatever was in stock. I would of gladly paid FULL PRICE Thanks for the not so great customer service. It’s unfortunate this is the closest...

Ok was working in the area took lunch and stumbled upon this place.The three of us ordered .....2 double cheese burgers w/fries 1 ,18pcs chicken wings hot.3large beverages..... There was one Young girl working behind the counter doing all the cooking in order taking she was pleasant professional and got our food very quickly. I'm 60 years old was in the restaurant business for 30 years and my family had two restaurants I was featured in a restaurant magazine years ago and written about by food critics numerous times and I'm here to tell you that was the best double cheeseburger the best french fries and the best chicken wings I've ever had both of my associates felt the same way there's nothing more to say hands down...
