Just terrible experiences every time. I wish it was different because 5-7 years ago, I really enjoyed Jimmy Johnās more than any other sub shop.
The location on Blue Diamond opens near me. My first experience there I order a sub on the app (and pay for it). When I arrive the manager is by himself, in a frenzy with a packed store and explains his other co-workers didnāt show up and he is backed up and it will take him 30-45 minutes to make my sub. He offers me a credit since I canāt wait that long.
The next week (on a Sunday) I arrive to get my sub I paid for the week before and Iām told their out of bread lol. So I leave.
Within a couple of weeks I return. They have bread and multiple employees working. Finally! Alas, when I get home I discover I received someone elseās order. And of all sandwiches, itās the Italian and I donāt eat ham. I call the location and immediately Iām told I was given someone elseās sub with the same name as me.
Yesterday (Labor Day), after months of not patronizing Jimmy Johnās, I return. I order a turkey sandwich with only mayo, cucumbers and onions. When I arrive home I discover a turkey sandwich with just lettuce and mustard and tomatoes.
I will say with every one of my bad encounters, the employees, especially the manager have always been very polite and apologetic.
But still. This isnāt rocket science. This is a sub shop thatās barely and debatably even functional. Sad because I like the bread, quality etc. But there too many other places I can spend my money without dealing with the ** show this store is. This is definition of why restaurants fail and are unable to retain their customer base. Iām done for good (or at least a few years until I forget how awful every experience is). Iāll be at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have never complained about this place. I actually was extremely satisfied with each person that worked in this location until couple days ago when it was a totally different crew.disrespectful especially Alex the manager apparently.Just a word of advice donāt ever treat people the same as you have experienced with a bad person especially when they spoke to you with respect I wonāt tolerate that whatsoever as no one should . Also donāt ever try to look at a persons phone thatās not your phone can you imagine a customer walking into your work space and checking out the screen to make sure you read the screen correctly after you repeated it more than 3 times ??! Didnāt think so. You people need to treat people with respect if you want respect back Iām not sure this whole entitled mentally but we are all here for something so learn to act nicely for the sake of your own sanity as well as others . This world needs better managers (customer service leaders)instead of MISERABLE ones who think they can treat people with disrespect and expect to be respected ,in what world?? ! I have experienced NOTHING BUT Great workers who provided amazing customer service to My experience. Just like right now on a Friday at 5pm. Absolutely aahhhhmazing crew nothing but smiles and acknowledgement when someone steps into your facility ,as it should be for a restaurant 101 simple things go along way . Nothing but respect kindness and doing their job as we all are with no attitude . They know who they are š¤šand Iām so thankful to experience such great...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've ordered from this Jimmy John's multiple times. Sometimes its just sandwiches for the family and other times its for parties at our house. We love that the sandwiches are individually wrapped. Yesterday was not so great. I ordered 2 orders of the party size 30 pieces sandwiche boxes about a week prior. The total was about $160. I called yesterday to confirm they had my order and it would be ready for pick up on time. The young lady was nice and said "yes" we make them fresh so its not ready now but will be for the 430pm pickup time. This is the first time I've decided to go get the sandwiches after the party started. This is why it was important they were ready on time and why I called. I showed up at 426pm and gave my name for the pickup. They hadn't even started making any of the sandwiches. At this point I feel the rushed the order and the sandwiches were not made well and some with barely any meat. This was for my son's 7th bday party. I don't feel $160 is cheap to be spending but the sandwiches sure looked cheap and were not ready until about 445-450pm. Some people had to leave and left without eating. The guys working were so non caring in there body language. Such a disappointment. So glad we have 2 other options for sandwiches in the area. Will not be going back. Thanks Jimmy John's for putting a damper on a 7 year olds bday. I could have served our guests bread and saved my money. 2 stars for the other visits not...
