KFC — Restaurant in Nevada

This is the 3rd time in a month I've been to this location. The first 2 times the chicken tenders were mediocre at best like they were sitting for a while. Once I threw the meal away.

Today I drove down to order a chicken sandwich and they told me they dont have any tonight! Lol So I asked again to clarify and the employee said no in a rude tone. I was now stuck in the drive thru line and had to wait to get out. Before I left I wanted to ask just to make sure I might be able to order a chicken sandwich but I may have to wait for them to cook it so I stopped by the window just to ask and of course I was again talked to in a rude manner by the employee telling me they just dont have sandwiches tonight.

I thought well maybe the owner should know about the service and food I have recently received from their restaurant, so I politely asked for a number to contact them and again with the great attitude from this employee I was told they didnt have one.

I would definitely not recommend this kfc to anyone. I have lived not far from this kfc for the past 8 years and I can tell you that you will have a 50/50 shot at getting fresh hot food and maybe good customer service if your lucky.

I can definitely see why chicfila is dominating and is moving into Las Vegas at a rapid pace to take over the market! If you dont fix this type of service fast you will definitely be selling your locations to chicfila!...

I started working 2 miles from this KFC 3 months ago. My first lunch hour visit was 2 months ago. I ordered, waited for 20 minutes watching people that came in after me get served up to the time I complained that I still did not have my food. The big heavy girl's behind the counter said were sorry we will get your order now as we lost your order. Today I had some problem as my first visit so I am wrting on here. I must of had a brain malfunction and went there again. The same thing happened to me. This time it was happening to all the people in the store. I dont know how this joke of a KFC can stay in business with the crappy help. A young kid loads up a plate of chicken and goes into a side office to eat as the line of people are waiting for there lunchs. The big fat girls look as if they eat all the food in that KFC. I had one of the girls at least offere me a free desert as I was waiting my entire lunch hour for a simple chicken sandwitch. Never again will I go to this KFC location. My advice would be drive down the street and get your lunch at the dozed different fast food places. Dont stop here!!!! the guy at the counter with me said he will never go there again as they messed his order up and had to re do it after he waited his entire lunch hour. *DON'T GO HERE"" unless you have a 2 hour lunch and dont mind fat girls messing up your order as they eat your first order before they can...

Wow does this place get some serious hate. I have been coming to this establishment for the last 4 years. A few things I would like to point out that other people posting here have listed.

I have never had an order served incorrectly. Not once ever. The staff on duty has always been pleasant (in so much as any fast food spot goes they are above average). I have never experienced an inordinate wait time ever.

With that being said I have frequented this KFC about 15 times or so in the past 4 years. Is it always super clean? Not spotless, but not bad either considering this spot is in a perpetually busy plaza. Also this is the only KFC for 4-5 exits north or south on 215, and if you travel east through the valley East there isn't one for another 20-25 mins easy.

Judging by the fact that this page has way more reviews with atrocious spelling, grammar, etc I am thinking these low scores are a result of typical annoying low intelligence fast food regulars who demand that people treat them like they are at a 5 star dining experience for a fast food price....
