We’ve been coming to this subway for a couple years it’s just around the block from our house. I really enjoyed the staff and their delicious sandwiches. They took their patience of making the sandwiches. Sadly to say this will be the last time will be coming to this location. It seems like the new staff doesn’t care about their customers and they’re very impatient. When my girlfriend and I went for dinner last night we ordered two footlong sandwiches, two bag of chips and two large drinks. But it seems like all the employees had an attitude everything that they touch they threw back into it’s place from the pickles to the cheese they threw it with attitude. My girlfriend asked for a little mustard on her sandwich. Instead she got a glob of mustard in the middle. It just felt that we were interested in their space. They just threw the sandwich together not knowing what we would like. My girlfriend got sick off of her sandwich. What happened to our favorite subway and it just went downhill? Came in during evening hours when there were at least 3 employees working and no additional customers. They did not even acknowledge my girlfriend and I as customers. Read moreI gave everything 5 stars but the overall stars to get Subway corporates attention is only 1. I ordered a curbside, it said it was ready at 3:30pm. I didn't see anyone come out and it was almost 3:40pm. I go in, there is ONE person working. My order wasn't even started on. The gentleman working in there was very thorough, fast and calm despite having tons of people waiting on him to finish numerous orders. HE deserves 5 stars BUT Subway should be ashamed of themselves for overworking this young man. Why is it so difficult to at least have ONE additional person working? I didn't get my food until 30 minutes later. My boyfriend was then late to work because of how long I had to wait for the food. I was an anxious mess driving home, it ruined the whole experience.
