If I could give this Taco Bell no stars I would!! Horrible service! Not only did we sit through the more than half hour wait in the drive thru, but the customer service at the window was despicable (.) The manager Jamie was taking the orders at the speaker. It took many repeats to finally get our order right on the screen. Sitting there for 20 minutes without moving at all after the speaker, the line grew behind us. Others in the line were getting so frustrated they began to honk down the line! When we got to the window the MANAGER didn't even acknowledge our existence!!! She even walked away without giving us our card back! After 10 more minutes a new girl came to the window stating she was a little lost just coming onto shift and was trying to clean up the mess her superior made. They offered us a drink for the forever wait and then we continued to wait! Others were so frustrated behind us the car following us just left after without anything! It's a shame that when trying to get food for the kids, the rest of our food from somewhere else went cold! And to have worked in a drive thru before I would expect way faster, better and more professional service. The WHOLE staff including the MANAGER need extensive training because this incident was unacceptable!! Oh and yeah there are so many complaints their phone wouldn't ring through because the line...

Very confusing and also unprofessional for a establishment every I go the lights are always off, inside the building like its closed or maybe the employee s even the manager goes by BYAN maybe but the employer didn't wanna disclose his name with me when I asked .. even the open sign hanging on the window is never on?. Like I don't understand are the employees and managers doing this so they don't get customers nor deliver service? Tru out the night !!?? It really seems like it. Initially on the screen it wasn't rung up as taco Supremes, so they split the order and added $3.60 to each order of six which brought the total to over $16. Sales tax on $12.99 is $.89. This happens EVERY TIME we come here. My wife stopped here tonight on her way home from work and of course it happened again. My wife was fed up and frustrated and left the drive thru in tears.
