There really needs to be someone working at night over the age of 21 because the young people don't seem to give a crap. I was told to pull around because it was going to be 5 more minutes. After 15 minutes, I went in and they said just a few more minutes. If I knew it was going to be 20 minutes, I would have cancelled the order right from the beginning. I don't appreciate being lied to. When I finally got my order, I went to the car and saw I had no fries and my other sides were wrong. I went back in and the lazy girl barely acknowledged me while she was pretending to wipe the same spot over and over. The poor drive thru guy was taking orders and trying to fill the orders while she did nothing. By the time I got the correct sides, the main order was cold. We will never come to this location again due to the service. Also, as I was waiting, I noticed there was a huge pile of water accumulating between the counter and the drive through window. It was definitely a work place hazard waiting to happen. This all occurred on Thursday, June 11th, 2015. Read moreI placed an ordered here (order#119474254) thru the mobile app it was placed at 6:53pm. I fell asleep before I was able to pick up the order. When I came by the next day at 10am. I was greeted by a gentleman in the front, I told him the situation and he told me I have to talk to the manager. The manager approached and asked how can I help you. I told her "I placed an order through the mobile app lastnight and never came by to pick it up. I wanted to know if i can get a refund or if you're able to remake it" she said "you'll have to cancel it through the app". I showed her there was no cancel button or option on the app. She then said "I can't do anything because I don't know if you did, I wasn't here last night" I said "OK, what can we do about it" she replied "Call the KFC App" I asked if there's a number she can provide. Her response was "look it up". I was manager for pizza hut when I was 19 they're both owned by the "YUM" company. I know there was a number she can provide but she seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with the issue, so I left and called KFC customer service to get a refund, still in the process currently. We then asked for chicken sandwich instead- they acknowledged…..sat back down then 10 mins later name was called again by ‘another employee’ was told no breast and I pointed to other employee who acknowledged we said chicken sandwich was our substitute
Sat back down ….15mins later (we were on a date) no food no name called so I went up to counter…the 3rd employee there looked at monitor and walked into backroom and disappeared. So I waved nicely for 4th employee and we asked for refund- she mention it would be awhile if we wanted to stay for them to cook…then make our sandwiches. I tapped my credit card for refund & took the receipt
This place should not be operating….it was worst repeated service in one outing that I’ve EVER encountered (in decades)
I was also concerned there was probably no quality control also from what I observed
