La Papaya Deli — Restaurant in Nevada

Unfortunately, me and my family will not be returning to la papaya... Me and my family have been loyal paying customers since the owner opened up this store. I drive all the way from summerlin to la papaya every week and I always order the same items on the menu every time. We normally always had a great experience and we got really familiar with the previous employees that were working here. They knew what we wanted and exactly how we wanted it and they were always so kind to us. The owner recently hired new employees that have treated me and my family so badly I even have a video of how we were treated. That was just the video from today and not how we were treated the week prior by the same employees. They got my order wrong both times and when I kindly asked them to remake it they looked at me in disgust like I was doing something wrong and the lady at the register was slamming stuff, and her whole body language was just so wrong. She continued to say that I'm just complaining because I want free stuff. The lady at the register has been so rude to us. We have been treated so unfairly after all the money that we have spent here at la papaya. I contacted the owner directly twice about the situation but nothing has ever been done to resolve this issue. It's sad that it has to be this way because me and my family did love this place so much but we will not continue coming here if we are going to be treated like we are not...

Yesterday (Monday) was my first time going to this restaurant. I go to the gym in the same shopping center. I wanted something healthy after working out and saw this shop. The exterior is clean. When I entered, the interior was spotless. I was greeted with smiles from everyone. They said “Hello and welcome.” They promptly were ready to take my order although they were clearly busy. I told them it was my first time and wanted to browse the menu. One of the ladies went over the menu with me and told me to just let her know when I was ready. I ordered an agua fresca made with mango and watermelon. Completely refreshing. The employee told me to taste if before I left so if she could see if she needed to adjust the sweetness. Great experience. Today (Tuesday) I decided to go back again. This time I ordered an avocado omelette and another agua Fresca. It was amazing. Omelette came with this spicy orange sauce that really complemented everything on the omelette. They serve: crepes, coffee, omelette, natural juice, smoothies, oatmeal, sandwiches, tortas, salads, soups, paninis, milkshakes, juice shots, and agua Fresca. Amazing menu selection. And they deliver for free within 2 miles for...

This spot is absolutely clutch after a workout. Me and my girl come here on the regular for smoothies—sometimes with protein, sometimes without—and they always hit. Super fresh, packed with flavor, and you can tell they use quality ingredients (you can literally see the bananas and pineapples stacked up behind the counter like they just got delivered).

They’ve got amazing breakfast and lunch options too—avocado toast, crepes, sandwiches… all fire. Food comes out looking like it’s ready for a photoshoot and tastes even better.

The place itself is super clean, with good vibes, dope decor, and friendly staff who actually seem to care. It’s bright, welcoming, and never too crowded when we come through.

Whether you’re pulling up post-gym or just want a legit, healthy meal or smoothie, La Papaya Deli is where it’s at. One of those hidden gems that deserves...
