Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

I’ve never had an amazing experience like I have had at this location. When we first walked in we were greeted by friendly staff and were engaging the whole time with not only us but with other guests that were walking in and out. We were approached by one of the staff her name was Yaima, I was extremely satisfied she had given us a run down of what to do while we came in. Not having been in a fast food restaurant in a very long time I did see some new upgrades that I was definitely not familiar with however Yaima walked us through it. Throughout the time we got our food in a very timely manner the food portion was excellent especially for our cheap budget we had. While we were eating I heard and also seen Yaima come and greet every guest that came in and she made sure everyone understood what to do and reassured them with any confusion I saw her interacting with the guests by so much I was very amazed because you don’t see that hardly in any restaurants or even fine dinning now a days let alone in a fast food restaurant. I was and am admired by her work ethic and also her manager on duty, I can tell that Anabel who was the manager does a remarkable job with training her staff and encouraging them to provide remarkable customer service! This review is more about the level of service that was provided than the actual food itself. We all know that the food at Taco Bell is consistent for the most part across the country. However the service here at this location, later at night should be mirrored across the board to every single restaurant, fast food venue, deli, cafe, etc.

Ash, the friendly cashier at the drive through is the reason I would go back to THIS location. I might even drive away if she wasn’t working. I say this because I try really hard not to eat any kind of fast food anymore.

At any hour of the day it can be difficult for people to get up out of bed & begin getting ready for what lies ahead. Cue work. Ash is a poster child for smiling, smiling through the phone, & just an all around friendly & happy human being.

Everyone should ask her what keeps her so happy & be sure to copy that same feeling. I’d come back just to get a friendly smile & have a great night reaction from her.

PS after all these years I do love my chicken crunch wrap supreme & my all time forever favorite chicken burrito...

I hate to give 1 star but this is the 2nd time they messed up my order and didn't beleive me when I told them it was wrong. I asked for my burritos to be made fresco style, so there shouldn't be any nacho cheese sauce or creamy jalapeño sauce on it, but there is clearly a yellow sauce on my burritos. I opened my burritos after they handed them to me to double check them, and in the dim car lights I thought I could see yellow sauce. so I asked the cashier and she assured me that freso style burritos are not made with nacho cheese sauce or creamy jalapeño sauce, so it was fine. I trusted her and ate one on the way home but immediately my stomache began to hurt. I am vegan and very lactose intolerant so my stomache really can't tolerate any dairy products. I opened the other burritos when I got home and clearly saw that it has 1 of those 2 sauces that should not have been included. last time this happened, I had to go back 3 times before they made it right. I am extremely hurt that they disregarded my food...
