LUV Lounge — Restaurant in Nevada

I’ll first start by saying this…I have been a loyal customer for several years at this establishment…even in the midst of random poor customer service incidents over the past few years. The issue with this place is that the rules change extremely often and you aren’t aware of any changes until you come in and sit down…expecting the same experience as you were promised by the owner. Long story short, I was granted a VIP card after I had a few horrible customer service experiences with a particular staff member. I just went in the other night and brought several people with me only to find out that I wasn’t on the VIP list anymore. My crew and I was treated so poorly and I even reached out to the owner to no avail. As some of the previous recent reviews have mentioned, this establishment doesn’t really care about loyalty whatsoever. They also have overcharge for drinks and food a multitude of times, so please make sure your receipt reflects what you’ve ordered. My crew and I have been loyal and we have spent a lot of money consistently at this place over the last few years. All of sudden you find out that you’re longer treated the same at a moment’s notice without any notification is a bit uncouth and unprofessional. Even the waitress was very unprofessional and made it seem like we were worthless. This establishment makes up rules and change them daily. Do yourself a favor and go to other nearby hookah lounges such as Passions or Olives..they at least treat you the same consistently and wholeheartedly with love and welcomeness. This was definitely the last straw I’ve had with place and I will be taking my money elsewhere due to the inconsistencies and lack of customer service. It’s just not right. The extreme lack of customer care seems very ruthless to me considering how much certain individuals have supported this establishment...

I'm thrilled to share my experience at Luv Lounge, where I had the pleasure of being served by Avery, a male server who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. From start to finish, my time at Luv Lounge was exceptional thanks to Avery's attention to detail and exceptional service.

Upon arrival, Avery warmly greeted me and guided me to my table, ensuring that I had everything I needed to have an enjoyable evening. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.

Throughout the evening, Avery's attentiveness was unparalleled. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was perfect, from recommending menu items to ensuring that my drinks were always full.

And let's talk about the food - it was absolutely delicious! From the appetizers to the entrees to the dessert, everything was prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. The chef, Rola, is a true culinary artist and it was evident in every dish.

Overall, my experience at Luv Lounge was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to the amazing service provided by Avery and the incredible cuisine crafted by Rola. I cannot recommend this lunge highly enough and look forward to...

This lounge was exactly what I needed last night! The vibe was on point — from the music and energy to the crowd, it felt like everyone was just in sync and enjoying the moment. We sang, we laughed, the drinks were flowing, and the hookah was smooth and affordable. I even had a chance to study for a few!

The pricing overall was super reasonable, which made it even easier to relax and have a good time.

Huge shoutout to Talon, who was the highlight of the night! You can tell he truly loves what he does — his service was thoughtful, attentive, and full of good energy. It felt like I was being hosted by a friend.

I’d love to see a Women Crush Wednesday night — a weekly vibe where like-minded women in Vegas can come together to celebrate each other, connect, network, and just unwind. The city needs more spaces like this that are both safe and customer-driven.

Not to mention those hot orange pepper wings!
