Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Paradise

Ordered for pick up and when I arrived the lady at the Chipotlane was very nice and friendly. Everything was good until I got home and we got to our food! We ordered 2 orders of the crispy tacos (3 tacos each order) and there was very little food in the taco shells. 2 tacos had no meat and the remaining 4 had maybe 3 or 4 pieces of chicken. 4 of the 6 taco shells were broken, there was little to no lettuce on any. Overall the tacos were about 1/2 filled with toppings! I’ve been ordering the crispy tacos for years and have always been happy with the amount of meat and toppings until today. This location says they open at 10:30am. I arrived ten minutes early along with three other customers. We were all outside at 10:20am. Clearly, if we are all this early on a Saturday morning we have things we need to do. It’s all about convenience in this fast paced world that we live in. Two people were wiping stuff down, and moving trash cans. One girl went into the lobby and sat down on her phone. The doors are still not opened and it’s now 10:35am. They see us looking at them as they are looking at us. There are way too many chipotle’s to spend my money here. We visited this Chipotle location on June 17, 2025, around 1:00 PM. There were four of us in the group, and we were served by Ms. M.

The staff here is always friendly, and the food consistently comes out fresh and well-prepared. Ms. M greeted us warmly as soon as we entered and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Her positive energy and attention to detail really stood out — it made our visit even more enjoyable.
