El Herradero Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Paradise

My luck came in when I went to this quality food establishment. It's close to the rental car return place at LAS and gas. I was craving a burrito to take with me on the flight back to Seattle. I never been to this place and did not know what to expect. Well, just going there one time made a lifelong impression on me. I just walked in and asked for a beef burrito to go. WOW - that burrito made for me was perfect, rice, beans, the meat, sauce....all perfect. This traveler appreciates El Herradero for making such a great meal to go. Thank you. And if anyone needs to gas up before going to LAS rental car return, this is the place for the best food to go before you are shot down by airport food. You can get gas right here, and then just drive around to the back of the gas station, its easy to park. The food...

Food really hits the heart! almost like eating at home! Vegas really lacks good, nicely seasoned and fresh authentic Mexican food, but this place has it all and will be my number 1 spot when returning! I also love the small setting cause it feels like a home!

I love it, family loves it, food will keep you full and good portion. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito, they made us fresh guacamole, the salsa and chips are the best, and i'll be ordering more, probably tomorrow!

Excellent! Only 1 person working, but we had the whole place to ourselfs. The fresh made salsa was very tasty, no spice at all. The chili Regents where very soft and mild, no hint of spice or seeds. The chicken enchiladas were very tasty . And my personal favorite was the Crispy shredded beef tacos. The home made shells were amazing and tasty.

This place is just a little strip mall hole in the wall behind Circle K.
