Pizza My Dear — Restaurant in Paradise

So I order out... a lot. Which means my inbox is constantly bombarded with offers for $5 off here, 15% off that, and "your next reward is ready". For pizza my go to spot since moving here has been Pizza My Dear and for a while they used a simple keep the tab off the pizza box turn in 10 for a free pizza. Great system and I used it, but about a year ago they switched to an online points system common among big chains. It was convenient and I was happy to stop collecting pizza box tops. But apparently I used it wrong ??? Today I ordered a pizza using a free reward they just sent me a couple days ago, I then waited and waited. Around 1:15pm I called and ask what was up with my order. She put me on hold and transferred me to someone who told me I was not allowed to use coupons for the rest of the summer. He started citing use of previous coupons as if it was some sort of rap sheet saying he can't stay in business giving away free stuff. I was mystified I called for tasty za not to go over your P&L. Ironically the coupon I was using came with the header "Free Large Pizza... You've just earned a big thank you" thanks indeed! He said that I was the only one receiving these coupons and there must be a glitch which might be the case I don't know, but it could also be that I order 50-60 times a year from your store. The kicker is no one ever called to let me know I was not getting my pizza nor did he ask me if I wanted to pay for the pizza when I called! I need my pizza! So I settled for 50% off Domino's (no one even called me to call me a cheat when I used it either) and marked Pizza My Dear as spam. An unfortunate end to a delicious relationship.

P.S. I attached my order history and the coupons (which I could not use fast enough) they sent me over the last couple of months, keep in mind it's not even football season yet pizza consumption was sure...

First time using this Pizzeria. When we come to Vegas, we stay in the Oasis RV Park in our trailer. They deliver for free to this park so I thought I'd give them a try one night when my husband was out visiting his son across town. I ordered a small gluten-free pizza and an antipasto salad. Well, the pizza came but the driver didn't have the salad. Which is what I really wanted. He said they didn't give him a salad (his first night so I deducted he wasn't thorough.) I asked if he could go back and get it for me. He said they were actually closed (only 9:30 in a City that never sleeps) so I sent him away (with the pizza) and said forget it. I called and left a message for management that I was not a happy camper (literally) and that I frequently came to town and wouldn't be visiting them again. About 40 minutes later, I think the manager came by with the salad and just gave it to me. Said he'd put a credit on my account for the pizza, as well. For no cost. The last night we were in town, I ordered up the pizza which was really good for gluten-free. And the antipasto was one of the best salads I've ever had. So I'm more than happy and will be using them again in the future! Thanks for a great...

What an amazing pizza 🍕 I think we found our new favorite pizza in town Aaron and Chance were both absolutely amazing they made us the best large pizza my wife and I have ever ate in our car and that's saying a lot cause you guys know we eat a lot in my car tthat was so delicious The pepperonis are so amazing they bowl up real nice and they Get crispy at the ends they taste so good and the sausage my god so tasty and that sauce don't let me forget the sauce the sauce tasted like basil all the way through that sauce is one of kind even my wife was like oh my god that sauce is so good I agree But that cheese oh my god that cheese was so chewy and it actually tasted like mozzarella amazing I don't know what these other pizza places are using but it does not taste like this his was one of the best pizzas My wife and I have ever ate In the nine years we've been together that wad a ten out of ten pizza chance was so nice he even brought the pizza out to our car that was so cool we appreciate it everyone here was supe polite super nice and the customer service was amazing I recommend this pizza place to all my followers I promise you will fall in love with this pizza like we did...
