I place an order online today and I had order a SALAD. I got a WRAP instead. I called to let them know about this and was told that it didn't show on their end it was a salad and that it was the same price for a salad or wrap. You will need to make sure you update your system so when an order that is placed online shows what the customer wants not what you think they want. I was highly upset about this and I spoke with Kennedy who was not even sure what to do. After I ask what he will do about this he said I won't argue with you about this if you want you can come by and I will make your salad. I didn't need to ask him how he will resolved this he should know how to give customer services because never in the conversation did he ever apologized he just said "I WON'T ARGUE". I would take in consideration in giving some training with Customer Services.
UPDATE: I appreciate that fact that my google review got its attention and something was done about it and I thank you the time Mike Adams took to speak to me. I am changing my one star review...
Read moreFor the past year, come every 2 weeks and place a catering order. I’ve never had an issue until today. I usually order the lettuce wraps or sandwiches. On the online order, it says you can choose from 8 different flavors & different sauces. They have always put everything on the side as far as sauces go. Why would someone want double mayo on the wraps? Why would someone want ranch on their tuna wrap? The owner came out, wanting to argue with me. Not wanting to help me replace at least the tuna wraps. She kept telling me there is an option online to put everything on the side. When I pulled out my app, it clearly shows there is no such button. She just kept throwing her hands up like she didn’t care. After all the money I have spent with Port of subs, she could’ve at least replaced...
Read moreIf you want your sandwich the day after you arrived then this is the place to go. It took 3 women 5 minutes after I arrived to even acknowledge I had entered the restaurant. This is with only a single customer being served - so it was dead. I was picking up a mobile delivery. After 5 minutes they tell me they won't have the order ready for 15 more minutes - they hadn't even started it and I was there already. So now not only did I waste my time driving there but also 5 minutes with my car running. If Port of Subs is in business to pay 3 women to move like slugs and not get their work done then I won't be picking up any orders from them ever again nor will I be eating...
