Don't waste your time.. the last two times Ive come here, I show up and my order isn't even STARTED. First time it happened, I was on my lunch break, I even ordered it 20 minutes early to try and prevent any issues. I just said screw it and went home and came back for it, i was 30 minutes late on my break. Second time it happened, they just lied and said itd be right out. I counted and it was 15 minutes.. ironically about the same amount of time it takes to cook according to your Time of Pickup. On top of that, there was another guy standing in there having the same issue, they claimed they didn't have an order under his name one minute than suddenly did. I got there after and left before him.
Its not like I walk in after I place the order in the parking lot, I show up at the suggested time and they usually act like they hadnt even seen they got a new order. So many pizza places in the area meaning only so many chances before people just go to another one. Read moreI’ve been here a couple times. Most of the time great service. I’ve arrived before 30-40mins before closing and have had no issues grabbing a pie. This time I was told no. They were closing soon. 40-45mins to closing, isn’t soon. I left and went down the street to the one on Blue Diamond. The assistant manager there had no issue making the pies. Maybe don’t let kids run wild without managers. They’d rather do nothing then make money. If it’s policy to turn customers away after a certain time. Have that sign made....
