Stayed at Grandview resort for 7-8days and unless you want to walk to the South Point casino this is your only hope for close food. I went here twice, the first time only two people in line and worker was on the phone for 12 minutes trying to get cash machine online so I left without ordering. They are Closed all day Wednesday? I went Thursday morning and ordered what was a $12 sausage egg and cheese muffin. Never was greated, I had to say good morning, never was thanked for coming in, and it took 17 minutes while I stood and waited. Only one person working? How do they deliver to rooms, or poolside within a decent time when I was right there and it took 17min is beyond me? I do not recommend, please just go next door and eat at the SouthPoint Casino, or bring Uber eats to your room, probably would be cheaper and better quality. As you can see in the pic my egg wasn't totally cooked and yolk spilled...

I do security here at the Grandview hotel. I called Scotty beans to place an order for delivery. The young man took my order, and said my food will be delivered to my post in 30 minutes. Well 1 hour went by and i called to check on the status. A young lady gets on the phone and tells me they only deliver to hotel guests. I work here and i feel discriminated against because i am not a hotel guest. Had they explained to me when i called in my order, i wouldve walked to pick it up. Now i am left here hungry and can not leave my post to get a meal. VERY BAD FOR SERVICE...

Italian job sub was great, lots of meat. Sadly the pizzadilla was not. It was very soggy and inedible, was told it has sauce and is baked. No ranch for the bacon cheese fries which was delivered cold, which I do not understand since it's like a five minute drive. My iced carmel macchiato tasted like mocha and he was rude saying there was no chocolate in it. This was the worst carmel macchiato I have ever had. Granted he said I could come and get a new one. With the defensive attitude I really don't want to deal with it. They had good reviews, but sadly...
