I arrived at Taco Bell and placed my order to the so-called manager JOSHUA, and gave him some instructions on my order bcz so explained that I did not want my food to be soggy so I wanted the extra items that I paid for on the side. They are extra ingredients that I paid for so it’s my right to request them put on the side and not on the taco so my food is not soggy bcz I detest soggy food. This manager JOSHUA started arguing with me that he can’t put stuff on the side per my instructions bcz he won’t accommodate but only wants to accommodate himself, as if my food was his order & not my order & my food that I paid for!! I was not shocked bcz every other employee there is nice & accommodating except for JISHUA. Whenever he’s there, it’s always a horrible problem bcz he is very lazy IMO. I have been going to that Taco Bell location for 10 years and there never is a problem with the other employees except for when Joshua is there. So he argued with me on my instructions. He was very rude, mean, nasty, was talking over me & would not listen to my instructions. It was all about him not about me the customer who had paid a lot of money to add items to my order. I explained at the window I didn’t want my taco soggy, so I wanted the sauces, lettuce & sour cream on the side so my food wouldn’t be soggy. After discussing this with him for 5 minutes, he went to make the order & walked off in a huff. In spite of that he still proceeded to make my order wrong & put all sauces on the taco & burrito which make it soggy & gross which is what I wanted to avoid. Why does a customer go to a place & have the so called manager make the order WRONG (AGAINST EXPLICIT STATED DIRECTIONS) just because he’s on a power trip & wants to make everybody miserable like he is. Everyone, even another customer told him he was wrong to refuse to fix the order & get the line moving. He just kept saying your order was made right & didn’t care to address my complaint & make my order per the instructions I clearly gave him at the window before he made my order. Everybody else makes my order correctly per instructions bcz I tell them I don’t want soggy food. But JOSHUA is the worst person ever, the very worst manager on a power trip at TACO BELL EVER. Horrible service, horrible manager. He doesn’t care about customers. He cares only about being rude, inconsiderate & mean then he closed the window & stomped off without remaking my order to satisfaction or addressing any of my concerns bcz he would not listen just talk over me, act uncooperative and be rude. This asst manager Joshua is rude, unfriendly, very nasty and wanted me to pay again extra for items that are included in order just bcz I wanted these sauces & wet items placed on the side instead of the taco & burrito, it made no sense. I already paid for these items & refuses to accommodate a customer that comes almost daily bcz he wants to exercise a power trip & maintain a control dynamic with customers & doesn’t care about losing customers for the business in the process. He said that it doesn’t say on the side on the ticket that I paid to add these items and wanted lettuce, chicken and sauces on side & put it on the taco. He lied bcz it did say it was on the side. JOSHUA is the WORST TACO BELL MANAGER EVER ANYWHERE. JOSHUA is the very worst. If you see him coming, run fast don’t just walk. Very...
Read moreI don't usually leave a bad review or don't leave a review in general at all, but I must express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to the Taco Bell location on Durango. The treatment I received during my time there was not only disrespectful but also demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and empathy.
From the moment I entered the establishment with my service dog, it was evident that the staff was ill-informed about the rights of individuals with disabilities and the role of service animals. When the manager or owner inquired about my dog, I explained that it was my service animal. Shockingly, instead of responding with understanding or respect, she laughed at me. This insensitive and unprofessional behavior further highlighted the lack of training and knowledge within the staff.
Laughing at someone who has a legitimate and legal need for a service animal is not only highly unbecoming but also reflects a disregard for the rights and well-being of customers. It left me feeling humiliated and disrespected, tarnishing what should have been a simple and enjoyable dining experience.
I reported this incident to the Taco Bell management team, hoping for a sincere apology and a commitment to better educate their staff on the rights of individuals with disabilities. If there is no such thing as apology, they will have to have some consequences.
Such behavior and lack of proper training at Taco Bell are concerning. It is essential for any business, especially one with a national presence, to prioritize inclusivity, respect, and proper education among its employees. Individuals with disabilities deserve equal treatment and should not have to endure mockery or humiliation.
Until significant changes are made to rectify these issues, I would advise customers to seek alternatives that prioritize the rights and dignity of all...
Read moreMy name is Jonathon Keilman and I had just walked into this location just a few moments ago with complete satisfactory of having my order completely amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone the lady cashier Flor was did an outstanding job at taking my order and answering every question I had no hesitation. She had a breath taking smile, was very polite, showed full potential at becoming a manager with excellent customer service skills. She was very patient and understanding after I had a rough day and got confused for a second but she showed no signs of frustration with me. This establishments location and the establishment itself is beyond lucky to have her working here for them. She was beyond professional, well presented herself as being a cashier and after I finished my order I noticed an older guy getting a complete attitude with her for no reason and she held her composure still smiled with such beauty being absolutely polite to an extremely rude guy. I was more then highly satisfied with her performance and excellent customer service that is hard to find in an employee now a days. She carried herself with great posture and excitement to be working here, I filled out a survey as well as calling up there to let them know personally of how great of a job she is doing and working for them. As I sat down to eat she politely came up and asked if everything was ok making sure my order was correct and fulfilled and it...
