Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Nevada

I have only visited this location once, while delivering for Uber eats. When I arrived, there were no cars in the parking lot. When I entered the restaurant there was one person sitting at a table finishing their food and no other guests there.

I had to wait about a minute and a half before one of the team members said that they'll be with me in a minute.

It was another 3 minutes before she came back and asked if she could help me. I told her I was picking up with Uber eats. She said that it wasn't ready yet.

While I was waiting for the order to be prepared, right across from the counter, a team member was warming up and making hot dogs. I observed that she was not wearing gloves and handling ready to eat food, such as the hot dog buns with her bare hands. During the entire time I was waiting for my order to be prepared, I never observed your washing her hands.

Of course, this is a health food violation.

I became so concerned that I asked her if I could talk to a supervisor. She replied that there was no supervisors there.

Having no supervisors, or anybody in charge at a food location is also a health food violation.

The food took an extremely long time to be prepared, but this could be attributed to the fact that there was no management present to supervise...

I'm trying to write a review but I'm not sure which location this is that I'm writing the review for cuz it doesn't say. The location that I frequently use and really like is the one close to my house which is off of Pecos and I think windmill or something like that but anyway the store is immaculately clean, the employees are superb and the food is awesome. Now there was one on East flamingo that I visited recently and it wasn't all that great I don't really care for it maybe it's just cuz the area I don't like being in that area cuz it's like kind of rundown and ruined but they were friendly but it's not even close to being as nice as the one over on Pecos and windmill. I'm not sure if they have different owners or if it's a corporate store but like I said the one over on Pecos and windmill is absolutely superb and clean and friendly employees. I absolutely love wienerschnitzel but that's probably cuz I'm from Chicago and we have like hot dog stands everywhere because everyone likes hot dogs. Out here on the west coast like wienerschnitzel doesn't get the credit it deserves but that's because people on the west coast are kind of like weird about stuff like that but whatever I don't care I like it and I think it's the best fast food...

Funny how things change in a month. From the drive thru ordering to the end was a horrendous experience. The employee Nick appeared to be bothered that we were bothering him on his job by his tone and the way he spoke during the ordering process. Get to the window he hands me the wrong order then exclaimed to me this is what I ordered after I spent time explaining my order he asks if a car ahead of us drove off? My reply is yes. He goes this must be their food... After getting an attitude with me about my order did not even have the courtesy to apologize for his foolishness. Charges me for the wrong order recharges me the balance and charges me for an extra drink we go inside to speak with a manger about the charges she is far from helpful and allows this guy to speak to us in a facetious, sarcastic and condescending manner. Which is not a great representation of quality customer service. $20 for 3 corn dogs, a small fry, large fry and a lemonade Maybe at Nathan's which Wienerschnitzel can't hold a candle to!!
