Our first visit at this establishment kept us coming back. Up until this last visit, no complaints. Restaurant, inside and out very clean. Upon entering the establishment we were acknowledge immediately; greeted with a smile. The young lady taking our was polite, efficient and neat in appearance. There was only one other employee there; and between the two of them they managed a fast pace drive thru and dining room with ease. Our 12 piece original was cooked to perfection; warm soft biscuits, as always delicious taters and gravy. We regularly would go there perhaps three times a month and pretty much the same each time. Except our latest visit, there were a few new people, who in my opinion didn't have the same work ethic as on our previous visits. There was an issue with the ladies room toilet, which they argued about who should fix it. The new person taking our order was all over the place trying to do than they were capable and totally left off my order. when I returned to place my order I asked for the advertised $5 fill up; spicy chicken sandwich, potato wedges, cookie and a drink. When i was called to get my order it was a two piece (dark), mashed potato and gravy, a cookie and a drink. When i informed het that was not what i ordered she replied, "u said number six.". Without dragging this on any further, I got the right order about ten minutes later. Fresh fried chicken breast; hot out the grease, lettuce, mayo on a sesame seed bun that after two bites began to break apart. The wedges were delicious but cold and the chicken was so hot i could not enjoy it. The Dr pepper was out of syrup and after two requests for it I ended up drinking sweet tea. Both times i was made to wait more than 20 minutes just to place my order and on the September 1st visit i was the first person in line. On October 1st visit it was even worse. Employees constantly walk past you and ignore you when you ask if you can place your order and believe me i asked more than once. Then when i finally did get my food i didn't get everything i ordered and didn't realize it until i had already left as i was running late for my bus because these employees have waisted at least 45 minutes of my time already. October 1st visit i also caught female employee who took my order giving me a nasty look just before my food was ready. Needless to say im not sure i even want to touch my gravyless mashed potatoes or my green beans that are soaking in what i can only hope is just water. From now on when i want fried chicken i will most likely be going to popeyes or churchs. Because the worst part of it all wasnt the rude employees, my time and money i spent, and not even the fact that i paid for items i didnt get. No the worst part is that now i have $35 worth of food sitting in the fridge that i gotta question whether i should even try to eat any of it. If anyone else out there would like to help me contact the owner and possibly the health department to finally get some changes made to this location please do.I am a person of action and not just talk so i will be checking to see what i can do about this.If enough people can do the same maybe we can make a difference. Read more8/20/24 was charged thru the app even tho I didn't make an order smdh I have un installed the app Went here today 7/2/2024 and will never visit again. The 1st thing I noticed upon walking in besides the fact they were completely empty was a weird smell and not in a good way. I tried ordering online, and it kept telling me there was an issue , but my card was charged twice. Called the store, and the guy told me he saw nothing in his system and to call my bank and then call him back. Called my bank and was told I have 2 pending payments from KFC just like I told the guy on the phone. Went to the location was in line behind 2 women, they got their food and when it was out turn the girl at the register walked away and didn't say anything to us like wth. So we stood there for about 5 minutes mind you we are on a lunch break there was a guy in a red shirt bagging the drive thru orders another guy was doing the floors and another guy washed his hands and walked away. Mind you, we had people behind us, and yet none of them bothered to help or ask if we had been helped. We left and went because that's just absolutely ridiculous and rude customer service. Used the same payment method to order online at the warm springs location and it went thru just fine and it worked fine at the restaurant next door to them, so it's definitely something with this location and their system so it would be great if they look at that instead of blaming the customers card and saying call the bank smdh.
