Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Minden

My wife and I wanted to try the new Chipotle in Minden, as we have never eaten here before. We placed a pickup order for 5:00 p.m. an hour in advance, but ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for 35 minutes (along with 3 other customers) to receive our order. After opening the bag we discovered that all of our food was stone cold and bland. I reached out to customer service to see if they would make things right, and they offered me a small chips and queso for my trouble.

This was both my first, and last time visiting this business. We have too many wonderful Mexican restaurants that are family-owned right here in town, like Super Burrito and Francisco's. I wouldn't return here even if the food was free, as the quality of ingredients was poor at best. A truly...

Comparable quality to every other chipotle but the staff DRAG their feet. I wanted the carne asada and it was out. I was told the one girl working the grill just needed to cut it and it would be ready. Well she took nearly 15 minutes to cut the entire batch and only then would the give me a little spoon full of steak. I’m sorry but if the MANAGER is standing right there he should be encouraging is staff to work a little faster. Mind you MOST of the meats were low and or out, and nobody was trying to go anything more than a snails pace to refill them. This one hurts.1:30om Saturday I love Chipolte. First time going in my home town. Drive 15 miles often to Carson City. Service was great. Wanted 2 salad bowls. Employee tried to stretch the salad but I asked him to get more which he did. While he was gone I looked at the selections. Most empty Asada steak looked like jerkey. No Veggies, beans were from hours ago. Sorry you dont have the volume. Stir the trays every 10 minutes. Walked out. Went to taco bell. Much better at 1/3 the price. Hope...
