Subway — Restaurant in Nevada

So until yesterday, I frequented this subway. There was a new girl as is the norm nowadays. She seemed friendly enough. We ordered our sandwiches. I ordered the same sandwich that I’ve ordered for more than 20 years in many different Subway’s. A footling Cold Cut Combo on white. She slices the bread open and proceeds to place about 4 slices of meat out of the bundle on the bread, then reached back for a couple more pieces. I asked “don’t I get all the meat”. She said they’re only allotted so much per sandwich. “But this is literally a sandwich with all 3 meats that go on it”. She replies with the fact that this was what she was told to do.

So if that’s how she’s making sandwiches… they’re stealing from their customers. Good job.

Took me 15 minutes to even be helped, no one was out front or could be heard In the shop. A young kid came out and didn’t understand what I asked for when I said a turkey foot long on white. He didn’t know which bread was which and couldn’t even tell me which meat was the turkey. When it came to the avocado I had to tell him how to cut it as he said he didn’t know how meanwhile the whole time cussing. Another girl came out from the back who I assumed was supposed to be his trainer but only came out to play with him and offer no real direction. Took me 20min to have my sandwich made. This is a current review. First staff was very friendly and profesional, We ordered buy one get one online. Food was ready when we got there. Upon opening the sandwiches things went downhill fast. The roast beef and oven roasted turkey sandwiches were the worst sandwiches we have ever had at any Subway. My bread was toasted as usual but it was hard like it was stale. Could barely find the roast beef. Even the veggies were almost non existan. It seems they were making up for the BOGO. Even the mayo and creamy sirracha sauce was barely there.
