Super Burrito — Restaurant in Nevada

We stopped here on our way down to Socal for a dinner to eat later. We picked up our togo at 5:30 pm and once ready to eat, we discovered that half our meal wasn't there. We looked for a receipt in the bag and also missing. I ordered the mexican plate with a side of chips and quacomole, hubby ordered the meat burrito. The rice was crunchy and the chips were stale. No guacamole. Hubby had all meat burrito and missing was sour cream and cheese. Calling the manager first thing in the morning about this. Oh, they did give us a small bowl of lettuce, don't know why... We even tipped them in their tip jar at the register while placing our order. Update I called this morning and spoke with the manager about what happened last night. She explained most of her staff called out sick and only 2 people were there to man the restaurant. Ok so let me start by saying this place is good. Decent to go Mexican food. But, I am SO tired of arriving here prior to their stated closing hours and the place being closed. Please make up your mind. Are you open until 8 or are you open until 9? Google indicates 9. Thurs - sat, so maybe if this is incorrect you could fix it? I had some folks I wanted to appreciate with some breakfast burritos for the National Day of Employee Appreciation day today. However, Super Burrito doesn't open until 7:30am. So I called the day before and asked if I can get some breakfast burritos at 7am instead of 7:30AM.
