Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Albany

I put 2 stars on my experience only because I hate to trash a business based on one experience. However, I called in a CARRY OUT pizza at 7:24 pm this evening (June 3rd 2017) for a medium thin crust pizza. I was told it would be 10-15 minutes which is normal. I went ahead and checked in to my hotel, so I showed up around 7:45pm which is 21 minutes after I had ordered. The gal was friendly and was quick to take my payment and told me it would be a few minutes. I sat and waited.....and waited, she brought me parmesan and red pepper, and I waited some more. During my wait I was staring back into the kitchen and saw a plus sized gal rubbing her nose with her fingers and all I could think about was "man I hope she ain't making my pizza". Meanwhile the girl that took my order was standing at the counter helping other call in's. At 8:04 she asked what was the name on the order, I told her and she walked over to the "order up counter", grabbed my pizza and handed it to me at below room temperature. There was no apology about my order. I do not expect free food and I also understand things go wrong sometimes but with the gal rubbing her nostrils, without washing her hands, and no sort of explination on why my pizza sat on the line so long you people...

I would give 5 but if the last few times I’ve been there I have had my order wrong three times and twice I’ve had to go get it fixed. One time it got fixed the next it was still wrong even after I stood there and told them in person what was wrong. This time I ordered extra pepperoni on the app and somehow I get pepperoni and Italian sausage and it’s for someone else so I’m upset that the pizzas keep getting made wrong. I spend between 20 and 40 dollars every time I go and it’s almost getting to be not worth it to have to keep going back or wait to have it remade every time I go. The pizza tastes great when it’s made great and Dominos is my favorite pizza and I am upset about my order being wrong most times when I go now. So I placed my order on the app(terrible idea) and in the app everything was correct but once I checked out I was overcharged. I used a coupon-pick 3 for 5.99 each. I paid full price, but did get the free pizza I had earned with my points. Ended up paying close to 30.00 for two medium two topping pizzas(one was even free) and two pastas that didn’t even have all of the standard ingredients. Called the local store and spoke to Jake-he was very understanding but pretty much said there was nothing he could do if I ordered using the app I had to call 1-800 dominos. Just my luck but their phones close at 6. Very disappointing experience, mainly just because it’s my daughter’s birthday and they didn’t get her pasta right(she’s 9 so that’s a big deal) I will be going back but definitely not a...
