Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in New Albany

I’ve eaten here once, and tried a second, the first time was alright, I tried and failed to call in an order, so I went there and placed a to go order in person. I waited 40 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. the service was terrible, the employees were overjoyed to tell people coming through the door after that they were closed, it was 8:00 on the dot. The food was good. The second time I attempted eat here I tried to place an order over the phone, was told to hold, waited 10 minutes, was told to hold again before they hung up, I tried calling a second time and was left on hold again, waited, tried a third time and was told to hold once again. If you can’t serve me because you’re too busy etc, just tell me so i’m not wasting 30 minutes of my time looking at online menus, figuring out what I want to eat, and then calling repeatedly. All while hungry. This place has potential, avoid for a few months if you don’t want to waste your time, and don’t even try to place an order over the phone. I was super excited to try this restaurant out. It just opened in my town and it was packed as expected. That wasn't a problem at all. We were able to go right in and make our order. I really like the seating and style in this place. The workers checked on us a few times while we waited for our food. The food was hot and delicious. The only things I wish were different are the size of the menu and the location of the restroom. You have to read the menu on the wall while placing your order, and the writing was too small. Also, the restroom is very close to the seating area. I wish there was like a privacy wall for some type of separation. Other than that, 5 🌟 and I can't...

Nice, clean atmosphere and food was fresh, hot, and pretty good. However, when we walked up to order there were two teenagers at the counter to order. One girl was taking an order and the other was drawing on a small whiteboard and never looked up at us. After we seated and got our food I went to the counter to ask for some more sauce for our cheesy break sticks (that were fabulous) and both girls were sitting in the floor behind the counter on their phones and remained seated and asked did I need something.
