Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Baltimore

The worst!! I’ve been there once and called once. 2 strikes you’re out for this place. You can’t even make up how ridiculous it was. The first time I went there I wanted Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream. German chocolate cake was my favorite, but they did not have it. There was like one scoop in the bottom of the jug. I asked if they had more. The guy behind the counter, didn’t understand what I was saying at all. The people behind the counter don’t speak English. It’s unbelievable. I pointed to everything I wanted. I called back today to see if they had German chocolate cake ice cream. The guy said chocolate cake? I said no, German chocolate cake, ice cream. He said we have chocolate chips after I was on hold. Honestly worst dunkin ive ever been to don’t waste your time here because mine sure was wasted. Sat in drive thru for 5 minutes saying hello before someone asked what i wanted, when i said what i wanted took them another 5 minutes to just say “ok pull forward” and then didn’t end up getting my drink until 10 minutes later sitting in front of the window. They also told me they were all out of donuts but i saw them LITERALLY in front of the window all kinds. Pointed at them said “then what are those” because maybe there was some language barrier and this guy looks at me all scared and says “no. not for you.” what the hell does that even mean. my second time going there was chill just took 10 minutes to get one drink. didn’t bother...

Save yourself the time and do not come to this Dunkin location. The last three times I have gone here my order has been either made wrong or just inconsistent. Went through the drive thru today to pick up my mobile order and they completely forgot to put the syrup I paid for in my coffee. I would’ve gone back so that they could correct their mistake but I had somewhere to be, and as someone who has worked in many fast food jobs I understand mistakes happen but making mistakes and being inconsistent 3 times in a row?
