I went there I wasn't knowledge at all not even a Hi , the order I made was done wrong I took it back to counter and the Lady there as supervisor said her employe speak English and he did the right order I wasn't question nationality I was telling her my order was made wrong I order a steak & cheese sub. And he made a steak & cheese pizza my second order was two lg pizza one pepperoni and one cheese well the smart English speaking man did one large pizza half pepperoni half cheese but she refuse to make the order right or. Refund the money and keep the food , The worce place I ever see employees with bad attitude I decide not argue wasn't in the mood for that I was just on church before I went there so I let them keep the 60.00 and throw the food in the trash . That the last time I step in that place not mention that was a week ago Sunday on the 2nd . And couple months ago with my son there and he went thru almost the same thing they did the wrong order and he walk out on them . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all . Read moreI ordered thru the automated system as I have been but this time it did not take the order correct, I didnt even know u can ask to speak to an actual person last time I tried it would not give me the option ...anyway i ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and i didnt even ask for anything special as my kids dont like onions or the chicken but i figured they could pick it off trying to make the order as easy as possible i also said 2 ranch cups , the pizza was made with no BBQ sauce and ranch as sauce , i called to tell them and the manager came on the phone to tell me I ordered it wrong , she asked me what i said so i repeated the above she told me I said i wanted ranch as a base ? When the delivery arrived I answered the door with $25 in order to insure an adequate tip for the driver. Upon meeting the young man I was told that the price of the pizza was $28.03 which led us a phone call to his manager who stated that he would reduce the price to $26. When this was not acceptable I was asked if I had an online coupon which I did not otherwise I would have ordered online. His response was that he would put one in for me and that would reduce the price to $23 and some change. I settled for this because the young man who made the delivery would have returned the pizza without receiving a gratuity. If a business gives a price they should stand by it and not play the game of the customer paying extra money because they were planning on the delivery and paying the extra cash in order to get their food.
