Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Bedford

You know I order everyday and I am a regular I am not a complainer . I pay $6.00 for a coffee and a tip. I have my preference foe a coffee so when I order it I expect it to be right. Well I went back to the window cause it was made wrong and it said it on the label so it's not my fault you didn't pay attention the first time. 2nd time because I said something you still made it the way you wanted it because there was still sugar in my coffee but again I am not a complainer and I still 8got a coffee that wasn't what I wanted that I paid $6 for. People need to think of themselves when they make customers coffee and not acr like i am in the wrong....

I bought a muffin today and got charged for the butter .50 cents. Since when do you get charged for condiments? I can see if it was extra. I'm done with this Dunkin Donuts. I will drive out of my neighborhood to one that is not owned by this group.

I enjoy this location as I have stated in the past. I stop at this location after dropping my children off for school and heading to work. It is located just before the Route 140 on-ramp to Boston and the staff here rocks! No matter who takes your order fills it or serves it. They greet you each step of the way and give you kind words to start your day. The customer service is one of the best I have had than any other Dunkin-Donuts I have visited. The place is very busy but doesn't stop the fast friendly service you will receive while visiting this location. You will be in and...
