If there was an option for zero stars, this would be my first selection for 19 Rockdale Ave. After a long day at the hospital Monday, went to this location to get my DD fix. Drive thru line carried unto the street but figured they got slammed. But after waiting 10 minutes, I realized as I approached the drive thru that it was the attendant who was delaying the service as she was distracted by her phone. I waited a minute in front of the mirror and since she had no intentions of acknowledging me, I beeped and waved. She proceeded to open the door and without so much as an apology started to excuse her behavior by stating she was on a group work chat and I needed to continue to wait until she was done with her business. News Flash to the Attendent, NO ONE CARES about your work issues. Reducing the drive thru line and getting the orders out should have been the only priority at that time. Working in this environment is difficult enough and attendants like that not only discredit the customer service industry but can ruin a location's reputation. This is a major reason why owners and customers alike devalue the work performed and justify paying the employees minimum wage. I will NEVER visit this...
Read moreI recommend that the managers/owner of this entity look at the video footages of todays opening shift workers in order to see the unstable, iritic and unprofessional behavior of one of the servers. It was approximately around 5:30am, a dark and rainy morning when I pulled up to the drive thru, and what I encountered was a shocking and scary experience. She was an unfriendly and miserable looking middle aged/older woman that should not be working with the public and serving customers at the drive thru. She needs anger management training and mental health support, and maybe, she should not work the opening shift because the early hours is not in hers, the customers, her co-workers, or the coffee shop’s best interest. It appears to be a trigger for her unstable social-emotional and mental state. Please remind her and others that without customers and their moneys, the shop and/or businesses cannot keep her and others employed. Though, it may not be her dream job, it’s her job, and customers are paying for the products, great service and employees hourly/weekly...
Read moreAlways messing up orders/forgetting to put things in the bag of the order, never pay attention to their pumps when it comes to flavors and when you order from online pick up, they don’t make it until you actually get there. Been living in the area for 4 months now and needless to say, by far the worse Dunkin I have ever gone to. Use to be a former employee at a different store and not once have I ever had to write a review on a place before until now. Only ordered three things and managed to forget the most expensive thing in the order every time. Conversations with the employee seem to be a main property in there on top of constantly being on their cell phones. Not to forget the amount of eye rolls and look over you get while everyone proceeded to do what they’re doing but can’t manage to use their customer service skills to ask “may I help you with something” or “is everything okay with your order “ when you have to go back in because you’re missing items. Incompetence, rude, ignorant and laziness I have gotten...
