Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in New Bedford

So I’m so impressed with the food and service at jersey mikes First time at this establishment My husband brought me to the new location in the north end of New Bedford. The service there was absolutely off the chart the two young ladies were professional but also very accommodating what a difference from subway They were super nice and I was so amazed by this type of treatment Every time I go to subway the people there always make me feel like I’m bothering them and I feel so uncomfortable spending my money there So these 2 young ladies should be recognized for their superb customer service. I usually go to the Fairhaven Jersey Mikes for my lunch break but I’m so glad they opened one in New Bedford which is so close to my job. The food always taste fresh. This new location is so clean and welcoming to dine in. I was even greeted with excellent service with the employee being so friendly and helpful. I even had a friendly conversation with a gentleman named Greg who was awesome. I recommend getting a cold sub the club supreme which is my favorite or the tuna which is fresh. The service was terrible, my food was incorrect I called to see about a correction and the manager hung up on me. I went into the store to address the issue and he admitted he hung up do to my attitude in which I wouldn’t have had if my food was correct. Not to me tion I had to waste more of my lunch time going there to ask why I was hung up on and to correct my food. This is the 3rd time I have wasted my lunch break on incorrect food & nothing was done about it. This store needs better management...
