Food was delicious, gone there multiple times and never had a problem. Could definitely afford to send the workers to a customer service class and or training. A female cook went out of her way to be rude to two customers before me. Not caring. Very rudely took orders and barely even listening. The man from the couple before me had said he couldn’t even talk to her and had to let the woman order for him, because she was so rude. Next up is my boyfriend. Went there a couple times my order is pineapple calzone. It’s always been. Always has. He goes in to order our food. It comes at pepperoni. So I ask him to see if she could either make another and refund. My boyfriend couldn’t even talk to the lady seeing as she was being very rude. I went to school for the customer service industry and I fully understand having bad days. But I never in all my years of working and going to school to do her exact line of work met someone so rude and not caring. Read moreI ordered delivery and gave my address I went to spell my street name and the owners wife who took my order cut me off and stated "you don't need to spell it I know how to spell" very rudely. Then I texted the delivery driver (as I know the person) what my order was to let her know I placed one. She called me like hey what's your street name cause I went to the one they wrote and it's wrong address. When I finally got my food because of the mistake it was cold I called to complain and explain that if the lady would not be rude she would have gotten it right. She offered me a new pizza very rude tone then the owner calls me back yelling at me telling me never to order there again and he gonna give me my money back. Read moreMy wife sent out my son for a pickup, after passing out the food to the household we realized that we were missing a calzone and had a additional pizza. Called back to notify that a calzone was missing, and that we had received an additional pizza, we offered to pay for additional pizza but needed the missing calzone that was charged. He's answer was basically, it's been over an hour and they are eating it , that means that they are happy with the order. At this point it's not about the calzone any more , it's about how the business goes about issues with their customer. As a long time customer we understand that nothing is perfect, never had an issue till today. All it took was one small mistake that could of been addressed differently, and now lost it all with us.
