McDonald's — Restaurant in New Bedford

i have come to this mcdonald's many times because of its location and the fact that it is a 24hr location. at 2:30am march 23 2015 i used the drive thru at this location i order 2 cheeseburgers with no pickles, 2 hamburgers (nothing special about them) and i was suggestive sold an apple pie. i spent the last 5 hours at the hospital prior to my visit and was excited to get home and enjoy my food. however when i got home i opened up my first hamburger to find it flattened like a pancake and noticed it wasn't very flavorful, so i opened the burger up to see that it only had ketchup in it... nothing else... then i opened up my other burger to see it was flat AGAIN and only had ketchup in it. the cheeseburgers were as i ordered them but this is not the first time that this has happened at this location. i completely understand if they were "reused" from another order that for some reason didnt go out but i expect if thats the case for the employees would have at least checked the contents of the burger to make sure it was as i ordered it. this was the final straw for me and this location. i have already had many friends stop going here because of the lack or quality service and from spending a good 10 years of my life working in the food industry i find it outrageous that this happened AGAIN. i will no longer come to this location and i recommend that until they update, upgrade and rehire their staff that no one goes there either. thank you for your time. ...

Aweful don’t know why I expected any better in New Bedford , but it’s a business so I expected more from that.... I placed 2 separate orders forgot to add nuggets so ordered those . Waited about 15 minutes still no nuggets finally they come out absolutely disgusting and like they been sitting around just like the cold saugy fries we all ate . Asked to have them remade as I’m a manager in a fast food business and also manager serve safe certified I know how to provide proper customer service. I was told by your ignorant “manager” in the red well you didn’t order these nuggets with your first order that’s why you been waiting .. so what it doesn’t matter if I ordered them with the first order or the last my food shouldn’t be cold , especially waiting that long they should have been fresh. and that is not how you even talk to a customer . Oh wait and my husband cheeseburger that was supposed to have extra pickles had a tomato.. since when do tomatoes come on a cheeseburger? No sorry for your mistake nothing. Pure rudeness I will not be back. Your night shift employees are all lost bags just sitting on the expedite station getting cold too. And the dining area is messy and gross. I do not know what the deal is with this McDonalds, any other one in the area I haven't had an issue with. But any time I have gotten the Mushroom Swiss burger, the patty is dry, cool, poorly assembled with barely any toppings, and still pink in the middle. This time, however, there is actual RAW BURGER in the middle of this one. These burgers are supposed to be juicy, fresh and hot. This is super disgusting, and pretty misleading to what McDonalds is marketing with these burgers. Super unhappy with this location, and I don't normally go there myself, but I had asked for something to be picked up. Their fries are ALWAYS stale tasting, and more times than not, they aren't even salted.
