I ordered off the app. Went in to get my order and a very nice young lady called me up and let me know that there Frosty machine was down and asked me if I would like a refund for the Shake or something in its place. I said I would take a refund.This is where it gets disappointing. She go's to her manager. He proceeds to yell at her in front of me that they don't do refunds and online orders and shames her in front of me. She came back and we agreed I would take a small chili instead of the shake which I was fine with her the young lady was great. At that point I made a comment of the manager that he really shouldn't talk to his employees that way. He could care less of what I thought that not apologized to me didn't care what I thought he proceeded to tell me that he'd worked there for 4 months and it was promoted the manager I said why was going to let Wendy's know about this and he said go ahead they won't do anything I'm untouchable. I will still be here and Wendy's won't do anything. He had absolutely no customer service and for the life of me don't understand how Wendy's would have someone like him with a bad attitude and probably should be doing something else not dealing with the public. Read moreNew and nice looking Wendy's but the service is abysmal...We stop here every few months on road trips and our average wait time is 20 minutes (this is over the course of three years). I waited 15 minutes today for a cup of coffee. The employees don't help each other. Most of the time there are multiple employees standing around watching as others do all the work. Today was no exception...there was an obviously new employee who asked how to make a new pot of coffee and the manager on duty just stood by and watched her struggle for five minutes before asking if she'd figured it out yet. She never once offered to help or teach her for future reference. The same manager just stood around and watched as the cashier struggled to take multiple orders and make drinks, never stepping in to help with drink orders.
