Update: They commented on my review down below asking for me to contact them directly and still have not heard back. It's has been over two weeks since I have emailed them. So disappointed. Don't be fooled by their promise to "Make it right".
Honestly, this was my worst experience at Bahama Bucks, unfortunately. I apologize for saying that but it is. I came from AZ and was excited to see that there was one here. The Soda was flat and overly creamy. The ice tasted like the inside of a freezer that hasn't been cleaned recently. The two snos we got were lacking the flavor and was mostly ice. Not comparable to the social media posts that look jam packed full of the flavoring. Ours looked so diluted of color. The ice used for the snos also tasted off like the inside of a freezer. The Orange Creamsicle sno had chocolate ice cream at the bottom mixed with vanilla and threw off the whole taste. I'm so disappointed. Times are tough lately and this is where I wanted to treat my family to and I wish I had gone elsewhere. If I can get my money back I'd appreciate it. We couldn't finish our items, not even halfway. Read moreI ordered online because this location always has a long line for the drive thru and now I know why. I go inside to get/wait for my order to be prepared and fully realized and understood that I would have to wait a little longer than the estimated time emailed to me. After noticing how fast customers that were ordering from the counter were getting their orders before me, I started to wonder. This was 25 minutes after I made the order. I asked one of the eight kids working if they had my order and they started to talk about it amongst themselves with no answer to me. After waiting another 15 minutes I got the attention of another kid and asked about my order and mentioned what time I ordered. Finally, after another 5 minutes, they started to make my order. Just handed it over, no words of how they forgot or anything. I feel that nothing will result from this but it's worth a shot. Read morei’ve never been here when it’s been that busy. It was quite a long wait when I finally got up to the drive-through window. I had already ordered a head and my order was still not ready. I was sitting in that line for 20+ minutes for it not to be ready. They told me to pull up to a parking spot and I had to wait a few more minutes. They finally bring me my order and leave for one I requested that I have a top on my snow cone and I got a flat top instead when I asked about it, she told me I had no choice because I ordered it online, even though it was being handed to me directly makes no sense if the option is there to choose online I had also asked for extra sprinkles, and I was so disgusted because my entire entire large snow cone was just straight sprinkles.
