New Braunfels location on Hwy 46 - Placed an order to-go and was asked to move to the dining area for my order due to current conditions, and my food would be brought to me. No problem. As I'm standing there, one of the employees started to brew coffee, not realizing that the pour knob was in the down position, causing all the coffee to spill onto the floor. Notified someone and they quickly began cleaning it up. Employee called what I believe was the store manager, Jaron Valdez, to help. All the while I am still waiting for my order, along with the customer who was in front of me. After several minutes, I pulled out my receipt and it has been ELEVEN minutes since I placed my order. I walk over and flag down the fore-mentioned store manager and notified him that it has been eleven minutes since I placed my order. He then asks me what I ordered, so I told him. I also told him that the customer in front of me also was still waiting. He walks back to the to-go station and brings out both orders. Sets them on the counter and walks away. No "I'm sorry"....No "thank you". Apparently, our orders had been sitting there for some time. Despite the drive-thru line that was wrapped around the building and customers waiting in the lobby, the staff seemed to lack any sense of urgency. Read moreHorrible service , a bad attitude from the manager ,wrong food, and bad nasty food My friend and I we're working a 12 hr shift with only 30 minutes of lunch time she decided to go buy bill miller and oh surprise when she arrived to work our food was so wrong they give us wrong sides wrong drink NO desert so we decided to call and they ask us to go to the store and get our correct food but since we were working late and we couldn't leave again they tell us to go after work so they can make us the correct food .when we arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm, I let the coworker know what happened early, and I gave her my name and the receipt so they could give us the correct food. She told me to wait for the manager wich was a ( lady) in a bad mood just ask me to tell her the correct order and she make us wait 20 minutes exactly 20 minutes to give us our food NOBODY WAS IN THE DINNER ROOM THEY WEREN'T BUSY OUTSIDE like nobody was in the drive thru!! the manager was literally walking around for no reason 20 MINUTES!!!
