Mind you, the very few kids they have are very nice, however their sales / cash wrap hardware and software are soooooo abysmal.

Ordered self inking custom stamp in afternoon. When asked when wanted, 2 hours or next morning, I asked for next morning.
Wasn't ready following afternoon. Staff could not find order or tell me it was lost, MIA, eaten by aliens.... since I didn't have receipt or payment card with me.
There was little cluster of stamp orders there. I could see them. One was clearly waiting to be completed as the factory wrapping was on it as it sat on the order form. Staff couldn't see/find it even with my name on it or copy written on order
Turned out that when I returned in evening with the receipt, one would think that all would be revealed. "Nope," can't find it.
Of course we checked the computer against the receipt, my email, phone no. Zip, zero, nada.
"Say, how about that those on the counter?" I asked. He glanced at them, "Nope."
"How about that one with the wrapping on it? I asked.
"Oh that one's not done!" was the response.
Yes, there was my order, not only not started but apparently invisible. Having the order allowed me to get a refund.
Now if this was just a quick pop in and out all three times, I'd be mildly annoyed. Having to stand in line for over ten minutes each time to get bupkus really chaps my cheerios.
I'll give them 2 stars as their gravity was good.

The lady at the counter, Jenny, did not know what she was doing, she actually argued with me when I tried to tell her it would print wrong (which it did). She called over a team lead, Chris, to help and then they both helped other customers before me (that had gotten there way after me). I had to wait 40 minutes for ~25 sheets to be printed and 39 minutes of it was me standing there and them choosing to not help me. Jenny then apologized for not knowing how to print the documents correctly, but Chris continued to be rude. I know it wasn’t my prints that were insanely difficult to figure out because I’ve been to another Office Depot where they knew exactly what to do and it took 2 minutes. Read moreRude and unprofessional! Called and asked about a product being in stock & was told they had 1 left. Spoke to Scott who said he would put the item on hold for me. He said if someone buys it online then they would sell it to that person 1st, which is understandable. (I didn't buy it online bc there was a difference in price between online & instore.) So right after our call, I drove 45min. to pick up the item only to arrive and they tell me that someone had just walked in and bought it!!! His bogus excuse was that if someone comes in store to buy they would sell it, then what the heck does "HOLD" mean to these people & why would he not say that on our call??
