Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in New Braunfels

We go to Dutch Bros at least 3-5 times a week and almost always get the same drinks. This location is by far the most inconsistent and there’s always something wrong with our order. Never any other Dutch Bros. We never say anything, just usually deal with having the wrong order or off tasting coffee. Today my husband said something, both of our coffees were wrong in multiple ways. Most of it was probably the guy taking the order that wrote it down wrong. But when he asked if just ONE of the drinks could be remade because it was way off tasting and wasn’t drinkable, the Brorista that made the original begrudgingly remade the drink with so much attitude. As someone who spends a good deal of money at Dutch and this being the first time to have a drink remade, I’m a little disappointed. We never try to cause problems but I thought it was Dutch Bros policy to remake drinks if they weren’t right and usually all the Broristas are so nice. Dutch Bros Coffee is a good, albeit pricy, option for a coffee fix. I’ve sampled many of their drinks, Golden Eagle being my favorite! I also tried the White Chocolate Lavender, and while it’s not my favorite, it was impressively well-balanced. The staff are always attentive and friendly, making the experience enjoyable. The coffee itself is good, though I find it not as strong as I’d like compared to other spots.

Overall, it’s conveniently close to home and worth it for a quick stop. If you’re into creative, well-made coffee drinks with great service, Dutch Bros is a solid choice.

I never get to go here due to the location but went today as I really like their coffee however I had the worst experience at this location. There were no cars there so I pulled right up and placed my order for a med hot caramel. The guy at the window said energizer I said no a caramel hot. He said oh you like hot weather! I was like I guess but I want my coffee hot. Next thing I know after weird silence I get handed a large iced coffee. I hate iced coffee! I looked at him and tried to say I didn’t order this.
