The food and beverage offerings are largely consistent from one In-N-Out location to another in the Texas area. This makes us very satisfied.
The employees are friendly, efficient, and always eager to accommodate customers' requests.
One negative point is that dirty tables, chairs, and floors are cleaned quite slowly, but this is completely understandable given the high customer density during peak times like dinner.
But there is one major negative: the customers in this area are quite rude. We see many customers refusing to queue, pushing to order, or asking for food while the staff attends to other customers.
There are even many people who fill their dining table with tomato sauce and chili but never use it, and when they're finished eating, they even intentionally and jokingly spill food in their area, unaware that they're cleaning up afterward. I've never seen this in my home country, Germany 🇩🇪. It makes me uncomfortable and uneasy.
Even when their fries fell on me, they ran around and bumped into me. I tried gently reminding them, but it seemed like they didn't understand English. They just looked at each other and spoke Mexican, then looked confused and left without apologizing. I'm German, but I'm in America and I speak English to them, but it seems like they can't even communicate in simple English.
I used to work in the service industry and I understand this, but the staff doesn't remind customers at all in such situations, and it's really not advisable to influence the surrounding customers.
As this is a traditional Burger restaurant, there will be no vegetarian options for guests with vegetarian needs. It will be all Burger related stuff.
There is plenty of free parking and a very spacious car park right in front of the store.
There are specific aisles and seating for wheelchair users both inside and outside the restaurant.
Anyway, this is still a place to stop by if you need to rest and...

I came here after a long, draining day — just trying to get some food for my family and go home. First time at this place, so I pull up to the drive-thru needing a moment to look over the menu. But before I can even breathe, someone starts rattling off the entire menu at lightning speed. I politely say, “One second, I’ve never been here before,” thinking that might slow things down. Nope. Instead, she goes faster, listing every item like she’s in a race.
It felt less like ordering food and more like getting jumped by cartoon characters. Imagine Minnie Mouse chirping taking your order, “Hi, how you doing?" Then as you pay Goofy chimes in, “Hi, how you doing?” And THEN Daffy Duck waddles up with her own “Hi, how you doing?” Like — yes. I heard you. You’ve asked me four times how I’m doing. Can I just order, pay and get my food and leave with out the fantasy drama play. You don’t really care. You’re just saying it because your manager told you to.
And it shows. The moment they walked away, I saw the eye roll. That fake energy? It’s exhausting. I wasn’t asking for a hug or a therapy session.
Now, the food. I don’t know what the hype is. The burger? Meh. Below average at best. When I got home my burger was cold because how they wrapped it, how do you expect to keep it warm when you half wrap it. The so-called "animal fries"? Absolutely disgusting. Soggy, and weird taste — they left a nasty aftertaste that I’m still trying to forget. But my dog liked it, so there's that. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the root beer I drank. And that’s just sad.
So, to answer your question — the four times you asked how I was doing in under 60 seconds: now that I’ve eaten your food? Terrible. I’m...
Read moreI love the simplistic menu, the classic 50's-style diner atmosphere, the busyness of the the kitchen (clearly seen by all the customers which adds accountability for the employees but also adds some entertainment while you wait for your order being prepared) and the heartiness/ friendliness of the employees and their interaction with each other. I especially love seeing the comical giant metal clothes pin that was holding all their aprons together behind their backs (instead of regular strings).. next time you go inside, check out their uniform and you'll see what I mean. I ordered their fries and Dr. Pepper (recently, I cracked my tooth and can't eat actual solids until the tooth is fixed) and retrieved my food in about 7 mins (4 people were ahead of me) and an actual honest "Thanks for coming" goodbye as I was handed my order. Interior and bathrooms were clean, plenty of choices for your drink (soda fountain in lobby, you made your own drink) and the exterior wad immaculate. They have a huge parking lot, an expansive drive thru with with an order-taker taking orders during peak times. Also, they have an website you can click on which will lead you to their merchandise store where you can buy a variety of In N Out merchandise, including T-shirts. Stop by and check our their restaurant, located at: 106 FM306, New...
