Patsco Windshield Repair — Local services in New Braunfels

I do not recommend this place at all. I'm not the type to say it, but I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The picture below is of the original chip that I went in for, compared to the huge crack that came from them. I was helped by someone who was new and shouldn't have been on their own yet. I originally got there and showed him the chip (and he said nothing was there... until I showed him from inside the car what it actually looked like). After the newbie drills and applies the resin and I ask about this new crack spreading... the 2nd guy comes out of no where and starts to look at it. He suggests to the newbie that "he applied too much pressure". Welp if you're aware that he does have the skill down yet....why would you let him work unsupervised?

I still paid $65.00 for a new crack in my shield. Left super upset about the whole ordeal. If I had heard them talk to their other potential customers that showed up after I got "help"... I would've gone...

Truly horrible customer service from R.J.

When initially approached R.J. was actively eating, and speaking to me with his mouth full. When I asked how long it would be for service he responded “well… I’m eating now, so it’s going to be a bit, and you’ll be after that guy.”

When I returned, R.J. again met me with a snide response.

The employee is an embarrassment to the business, and should not be in a customer facing role. They have lost my personal business, and the business represented by my fleet of 6 cars and trucks.

I have left voicemails with the available phone numbers in the hopes that the owner calls me to discuss...

I went to get a crack in my windshield taken care of today and very glade I came to this location. Armani took care of my vehicle today, was very professional, walked my through the whole process step by step, and took care of my windshield in a timely manner.
