My crew and I stop here almost every day for fuel, food, and drinks. The facility itself has no issues. It the people who work here. Ordering tacos is a chore all in it own right. They can’t ever seem to get it right, but they’ll sure charge you for everything you asked for and swear up and down after the fact that they got you everything you wanted. Even after I’ve watched them mess it up right in front of me. And finally their manager is just about the rudest woman walking. I always hear her complaining, barking out demands, rolling her eyes, and flat out being rude to any and every costumer in there. Her whole demeanor screams “I hate my job and everyone in sight” and quite frankly it shows. The only reason I’m not giving a one star is because there’s an older gentleman in there who actually cares about his job and the service he provides to his customer. They have great food, it’s always super clean, most of the staff is really nice, but if they could train these teenage boys to actually listen to what you’re saying instead of listening to all of .05 seconds and assuming they know it would be the best place to stop. However I have to weigh my options now as to if I want everything correct or nice and clean. Which sucks. It’s not a one off thing either or I wouldn’t even bring it up, but it’s happened numerous times and it’s pretty old. Even once I’ve been like hey, that’s not what I said, just trying to like give ‘em a heads up that maybe they should actually listen, they completely dismiss it.
