I don’t know what is going on I’ve been coming here since they opened and the price went up but the quality definitely went down. I keep giving second chances but all baristas are not created equal, I went this past Tuesday and it was the best coffee I’ve had in a loooong time from this place. Went back this morning and it was back to the regular milk flavored hardly any coffee. And seriously, I always order the Mexican mocha so I know what’s it’s supposed to taste like but at all the locations I’ve been repeatedly disappointed ☹️ only this past Tuesday did it taste like old times. I don’t know if the recipe changed to make it cheaper to make by using more milk instead of coffee, but if they don’t get it together soon I’m not going to be coming here anymore. I was very excited to try On The Grind this morning. I ordered a Chai Latte because a cold front came in and I thought it would be a lovely and comforting way to start a Monday. The girls working were very sweet. The Chai is ok but the price is ridiculous! I frequent Starbucks and can’t imagine how a Brick and Mortar such as they are has a better price point?? The cost of this drink is $1.00 and I was charged $9.50! I am all about profitability but yowza that’s almost 💯 mark up. The cup is so hot I have to let it cool and am now at my destination and cant even hold the cup to see if it was worth the $9.50 I just spent. I will not be back. I can buy a case of Chai for this and will resort to making my own drinks in the future! Capitalism is the American way price...

Known for speed and customer interaction, on the ground has a great variety of customizable drinks. The menu and ordering process is easier at OTG compared to some bigger chain coffee shops. Sugar free and keto coffee options available. Don’t be afraid to ask your barista to surprise you with one of their favorites -they make you a great drink and your make their day. Smoothies can be inconsistent with texture, but they’re always good nonetheless. Blended coffee is way too good for its own good. Teas are available as well.
