Collection at Gruene — Local services in New Braunfels

I just moved into Collection at Gruene and it is so wonderful. From the first time I toured with Karlee, throughout the application process with Karlee and Klia, to move-in day it has been an amazing experience. I was tired of living the apartment life and wanted something bigger, with a home vibe, quiet, but still near some life. I get all of that with Collection at Gruene. I am a 5 min bike ride and quick walk to Gruene. The community is so quiet and the neighborhoods are very friendly. I had several things that needed to get fixed when I moved in. It was too late on the Friday I moved in but Monday morning Mike was in my townhome getting every work order completed. He was so friendly and took his time to make sure everything was completed properly. The gym is stunning and has some amazing equipment in it. You can get a great workout. We moved into The Collection at Gruene on May 10, 2024. The construction of our beautiful home took two months. Before moving here, we lived at another apartment complex. When we first saw the building of Collection at Gruene, we were intrigued. It's like living in a little town in a town home community. Everything from the street names to the garages to the pool, gym and game room. Opening the gate from my phone or telling "Siri" to do it for me is great. These are just a few of the perks. So what's the real perk? It's the staff. Especially Maria, the manager, who's so sweet, empathetic, caring and genuine. This community is her baby, and she takes pride in it. As for the maintenance crew, I know them very well as 2 of them worked at my previous complex, and they helped us get where we are today. This is the place if you want a little neighborhood feel. First off I want to start by saying this community is super clean , and it feels like a neighborhood and not a townhouse community or your regular apartment complex community. The staff are so sweet , timely, and genuinely put in the effort to help the application and leasing process go super smoothly. Me and My spouse were looking for a good housing community that was big enough for us and preferably near my job, which we instantly checked off of our list the second we toured the home. It gives you the feel of a house without being a traditional "home". It's well taken care of, properly managed, gated in, clean , new and very cozy. Plus its very first time renter friendly!
