I came here with my friend because she liked the smoothie she got the first time made by an older woman. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a nice gentleman working and made great small talk. However, location is not the best, and the smoothies were icy with no flavor. I think a factor was maybe he was distracted talking to us, but one recommendation I would say is to better train the employees in making the smoothies and food. Prices are also high for the portion sizes and quality considering there’s a lot of other smoothie shops. Our experience in March 23 2023 11 am was horrible, makes us think the good reviews are fake. We do agree along with the not so great reviews feedback: these items are way overcharged for the quality you receive, bowl was soupy, flavor watered down, not a typical açaí made bowl so there was no fruit toppings- you had to pay $1 extra for each (LOL), customer service left everyone in our party feeling awkward. Heard they renovated and added food to their menu. I wanted to try their sandwiches, so I ordered two of the new ones. I enjoyed the chicken pesto and the Italian sandwich. I do wish there was a bit more pesto is the chicken pesto, but I didn’t feel the need to ask for more upon ordering.
