Terrace Social Haus — Restaurant in New Braunfels

(We came to Terrace after a less-than-enjoyable experience at Double Schotts Sports Bar & Grill.) When we walked in, it was completely empty, and I must admit, I don't understand why. This place is quite the hidden treasure. The food was amazing and the drinks were high quality. We sat at the bar and met Jayden, the bartender. She was friendly, helpful and eager to help us with food and drink recommendations. She is the greatest asset to this establishment. Without her, we would not have enjoyed our visit as much as we did. I truly hope this place will succeed. It's a gem and Jayden cares about the success of the restaurant and the happiness of her customers. We will absolutely be back because of her amazing service! Honestly really disappointed in the service with this establishment. First time at this place since they opened and for the owner to go on a live podcast and say that they pride themselves on 110% customer service 110% atmosphere environment and 110% food quality and drink and I have to wait 50 minutes to receive a single plate of pasta when only 12 customers were in the building at the time where was the 110% of customer service in this transaction Austin is not a good perception on what was just said by you on you’re establishment Needless to say I asked for a refund was offered the plate of pasta for free but didn’t want it I will probably not be back to this...

This is the first review I've ever written for a business, but this is the one time I feel it is warranted. Hands down the best cocktail bar in New Braunfels! We've been to every highly rated bar in town, and we've finally found our go-to spot! Jayden has a gift for mixology. She has carefully curated every drink on the menu, and every one that we tried was better than any other drink we've had in town! If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would!
