Giving 5 stars because I cannot give 6.

First of all, the food is out of this world delicious. The pasta reminds me of home cooking I had while in Italy. The sandwiches are excellent. Meat quality and selection leaves nothing to be desired. The salads have fresh, rich, wholesome lettuce that you never knew you needed until you've tried it. Lastly, I am still trying to decide whether or not Eric actually puts crack in his pies because they are the best I have ever had (sorry, Grandma!).

Eric and Lori, his assistant, did an amazing job for my parents' intimate, outdoor birthday celebration. From working to create a custom menu to serving our guests food and wine throughout the event, it could not have been a better experience. Eric is genuinely interested in giving you and your guests an experience and not just a meal, and his food is high-quality and priced right (not too high and not too low- fair prices for great quality and service.) I had the good fortune to stumble upon Eric's. The beef stew smelled wonderful. My son stated it was the best he ever had. So much for my stew. I had the lasagna, it was wonderful. Salads without iceberg lettuce! The in house salad dressing was great. The pie! WOW. The best crust I've had since my grandmothers. Fruit of the forest pie was excellent. I will be stopping...
