Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Britain

The people who work there a wonderful! They were there faithfully every day during the height of covid and they were always there waiting to serve me at between 4:30-5:00 and it was very handy to stop and get last minute groceries or gas from the 24 hour station it occupies. But for whatever reason now that the state has opened back up, it seems like all those happy covered faces have seem to be replaced with others who are not as eager to serve you! And in many occasions have not even shown up! Forcing me to go to a competitor. Starbucks who are always there so I'm sorry for jumping ship, but only because I no longer get to see the people who got me through this whole crazy last year!! I'm going to miss them and your coffee! But I would rather spend my limited time at one location and not have to worry about wether they are open or not! Thanks again to all your morning workers who always started my day off positive. Hopefully they were picked up by a company that appreciates them !...

Horrible attitude the receipt said Courtney but I don't think it was she that was taking our order or the order after us. We had clarified with her about three to four times that we wanted caramel on the inside of the cup . NOT Carmel swirl... Her attitude was strong and disrespectful...

The next customers order two hot chocolate and she screamed "DO YOU WANT WHIPPED CREAM ON BOTH OR ONE!"

LIKE what a miserable woman..

Oh and if she's reading this... You got it wrong... Like we thought and that's why we tripled asked you the same thing over and over and over... I work in a restaurant so I should know better than what you gave us today.

Made us want to jump through the window..

Smh... That was foolishness.

Carmel on the top... But no Carmel on the sides..

Review for Dunkin’ Donuts – Hartford Rd., New Britain, CT

I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a Dunkin’ Donuts in my life. I sat in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me—not even a “we’ll be right with you.” I understand places get busy, but the level of disregard and attitude from this location is unacceptable.

The staff here carry themselves with a sense of entitlement, and “rude” is putting it lightly. It’s clear this isn’t just a one-time issue either. If you look at the other reviews, you’ll see the same complaints about poor service, long waits, and nasty attitudes.

This Dunkin’ on Hartford Road is hands-down the worst I’ve ever been to. Save yourself the time and frustration—go literally...
