By far, this business has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sometimes I wish I could truly expose how rude and dismissive they are to the very people who help keep their doors open. The staff consistently have terrible attitudes and no sense of customer care.
I personally witnessed a young kid come in to buy some food, and because he was short by just ten cents, they wouldn’t let it slide. It was disheartening to see, and honestly says a lot about the lack of compassion here.
For a business that continues to grow, it’s shocking that management hasn’t invested in basic customer service training. It doesn’t cost a thing to be kind, and yet it seems impossible for this staff.
What’s worse is that because many people in our community don’t have transportation, they’re left with little choice but to shop here. It’s unfair, and the people deserve better.
