Also the app is really hard to use it doesn't make any sense it tells you you have to scan something but it doesn't tell you what you have to scan one time I went to a Wendy's drive-thru late at night I was in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the drive-thru place the I couldn't find the thing that was there to disappear and it wouldn't give me my food and I was there for a half hour and I got no food and every time I go there and try to use the app they say you have to scan something I don't understand what it is they don't know what it is.    Read moreMy drive-thru experience on Sat (11/6) was a parking lot torture. As a first-time guest at this location, there were five cars ahead and four behind me and with no where to go but ahead. It took me almost 30 minutes to grab an online order of a spicy chicken sandwich and fries, that were lukewarm in taste. I should've gotten the hint when I arrived and noticed a line of vehicles wrapped around the restaurant. Perhaps, I thought, the line would go pretty fast and I'd be on my way. Boy, was I wrong. Lol! I turned off my vehicle three times to conserve gas that's how bad it was. There was no movement whatsoever of the vehicles. Not a slow crawl but a complete stand still. No one should have to go thru that. The purpose of a drive-thru is to provide convenience of time and service, not adding to it. Management on-duty that day could use a crash course on urgency in a drive-thru. Perhaps, this was an isolated incident (which I doubt), but if not, this needs to corrected. I will not endure another torturous round at this location. In addition, no apologies were made when I picked up my items.
